The Reports page collects, in one place, the latest reports from S&P 500 companies: annual reports (Form 10-K, kept for ninety days), quarterly reports (Form 10-Q, kept for forty five days), results announcements (the earnings release furnished as an 8-K exhibit under Item 2.02), and investor presentations that were filed with the SEC (Regulation FD exhibits). Everything on it is read from public regulatory filings. The page itself is here, free, and updated every morning.
There are no upcoming dates on this page, because none are filed. American companies are not required to file upcoming result dates or earnings-call schedules with the SEC, and call recordings and transcripts are not filed either. This page therefore shows documents that exist, not dates or audio. Any site that shows upcoming American earnings dates is working from calendars and estimates, not filings.
A report is the company’s own account of itself. Management writes it, and management chooses what to emphasise. Reading it is the start of work, not the end.
Nothing here is a recommendation. Nothing on the page is a suggestion to buy or sell anything. A new annual report tells you a document was filed. It never tells you what to do about it.
The universe is the S&P 500 as published in the publisher’s own data export, a fixed snapshot rather than a live scrape. Each morning, an automated process searches the SEC’s full-text filing search for the forms listed above and keeps any filing that names an S&P 500 company. The process is mechanical: the same filings on the same morning produce the same tables. No document is added or removed by judgement, and no company named on the page is contacted or aware of its inclusion.
The revenue and profit figures on the annual-reports table come from the SEC’s machine-readable company facts service, known as XBRL. They are the company’s own filed numbers, not our estimates and not a data vendor’s.
The filings are public records published by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on EDGAR and are free for anyone to read. The tables are built with the SEC’s full-text search and its company facts API, both free for anyone to use. Anyone can pull the same documents and figures from the SEC and check our reading against the originals.
